Our Charges

Fixed rates. No hidden extras….Simple and transparent.

 

We charge a single call out rate for all appliances. Once we establish what is needed to repair your appliance we charge a fixed labour fee depending on the type of appliance and repair required. This labour rate will be fixed to repair the reported fault on a single appliance no matter how long our engineer remains on site. Our labour fee reflects the complexity and skill level of the work being carried out. For instance we charge more for a gas appliance due to the cost and time to train and keep an engineer Gas Safe Registered. We will not always know until we have inspected your appliance whether it needs a re-gas or bearing change etc. If this is the case we will always quote the correct labour fee before we commence any work.  Please see below our charges from 1st January 2020.

• Gas appliances  £48.00
• Drum or bearing change on Washing machines. Refrigeration regasing & compressor changes £72.00

Parts

• Parts fitted are charged as needed. All parts fitted come with a 12 month guarantee*

 

 

 

*Our parts guarantee does not include consumables, bulbs, handles, drum paddles, any removeable part or any damage due to incorrect, improper or unfair use.
